What are your hours of operation?

We are open 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Even if you're coming in on a red eye flight on Christmas, we're there for you!

Can I smoke in your Lincoln Town Car Sedans?

We're sorry, but no you may not. We enforce a strict nonsmoking policy to keep our Lincoln Town Cars in the most perfect condition possible.

Can you accommodate last minute bookings?

Though we of course recommend that you book two weeks in advance whenever possible, we will do our best!

Can I choose a vehicle from your fleet?

Absolutely! We'd love for you to come and take a look at them in person if possible, but failing that we can help you choose one over the phone.

If I require your services longer than I planned, will I be charged extra fees?

Never. We want to be able to serve your needs during your entire stay in the Detroit area. You'll never be charged any additional fees for that, just the very same hourly rate that you agreed to when you booked our services.

Do you handle events such as weddings and proms, or just airport transportation?

We handle all types of events. Wherever you need to go, we can get you there. Just call us for details!
